For a land-locked location, the food was ok. It was across the street from my hotel and had GF, that was why I came here. They were busy when I walked in. The server saw me by myself and GF, so I think he asked the hostess to help me (so not cool). Whether that was the truth or not, that was what I felt. My hostess/server was fantastic. She knew everything that was GF although it was not marked on the menu and they currently (mid February 23) did not have a GF menu, although they use to. They had GF Soy Sauce!
Always do a great job with GF options. Fried rice, gf soy sauce, and spicy tuna roll.
Excellent sushi! Great service. There are a few cooked items identified as gluten free, and the wait staff was happy to answer my questions.
