Typical teppanyaki/hibachi style place with sushi and other Japanese menu items.

They prepared the non-GF stuff in front of us as you’d suspect, but the one Celiac diner had theirs prepared back in the kitchen.

Ginger salad is gluten free. The soup is not gluten free, and neither is the sushi.
