I had a disappointing experience, compared to everyone else. I ordered the cauliflower crust and had them indicate gluten allergy on the ticket. But when I got my pizza it was so soft and soggy, basically seemed uncooked. It was inedible. So I brought it up to the counter to explain and show them. I was told it’s a bit softer than other crusts because the put oil on the pan to prevent cross contamination, so it doesn’t crisp up. But I can’t eat it like that, so I asked if there was anything they could do.
I waited for a bit and they brought me a new pizza with crispier crust this time. The guy that brought it explained the oil thing again. And said that this time, they used an oven that hadn’t been used yet that day (they thoroughly clean them every day) so that they could cook it without the oil and I wouldn’t get cross contaminated. I thanked him for the effort, and he seemed very concerned about not making me sick, which I appreciated.
The second pizza was much better and it probably more like what others have also reported here. He told me if I return, to request my pizza this way instead of with the oil.
I’m not sure if I’ll be back. I tend to mostly stay away from pizza places, but tried them based on the reviews here. I’m not trying to tell anyone to stay away, but my experience was less than stellar.

I’m a sensitive celiac and I’ve eaten here 10+ times without being sick. Make sure they indicate *gluten allergy* on your ticket. I also normally don’t like cauliflower crust pizza but this one is so so good!

I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with pepperoni. The restaurant looked clean and made note of my situation. I felt secure. The pizza is super and I truly didn’t taste the cauliflower!

It was our first time here, visited because I kept hearing their GF pizza was good. And it was! It’s a cauliflower crust, but I couldn’t taste cauliflower like some other crusts out there, which was great. It was crispy, but not burnt or too hard. I ordered the Bobby Flay toppings, but subbed for their red pizza sauce instead of the BBQ sauce. I ate the whole pizza and didn’t get sick. The atmosphere is great for families or a casual date night and very laid back. Their COVID precautions are good for a restaurant, employees wore gloves and masks. The place is huge, so social distancing isn’t an issue. The only complaint I have is that their “sweet tea” isn’t sweet. Southern sweet tea should be sweet (not cloyingly sweet), not sprinkled with a pinch of sugar. We will def be back!

First time here and it was great! Vanessa was our server and was awesome. They don’t have a gluten free menu but server was knowledgeable. I had a cauliflower crust cheese pizza. My husband (not celiac) even like my crust, although he got a NY style pizza. I have celiac and no problems ❤ great find we will be back! Thank you!

I have been gluten free for 7 years and this is the first decent gluten free pizza I have had in all that time. My daughter and I each got a gf pizza and they were both amazing!!the waitress made sure to note that we had gluten allergies, and the pizzas are cooked on dedicated pans. Neither of us experienced any problems after eating
