As a Celiac it’s hard to find a great place to have a light lunch that you know, you won’t be glutenized. This has fresh ingredients made right in front of you. Best way to describe this place is subway but for salads. Lots of toppings to chose from and proteins as the toppers. I highly recommend going here. Nice staff very friendly.

Salad World is an amazing Fast Casual Salad Shop. They have wonderful, fresh, high quality ingredients. You tell them what you want and they make your salad right in front of your eyes. The owner is often there and everybody is friendly and patient while they put together your personalized salad experience. Everything is very clean and each item is prepped and stored separately. Everything that contains gluten is at the end of the line after the dressing so their practices make an environment that is inherently safe for gluten intolerance or celiac. Each salad is made in a separate container and tossed with clean tongs. They checked on the dressings and chicken for me and they were all safe. They have their own signature salads to choose from as well. Dine-in or Take-out. This is my absolute favorite place when I'm in the area, I can't even make a salad this good at home.
