Review of Salado

Excellent food and atmosphere! Many GF options clearly marked on their dinner menu. We had the roasted jalapeño poppers (no breading) as a starter and the ruby red trout for an entree and everything was amazing. They even have a flourless chocolate cake that was also very good. So happy to have found this place! Fairplay is such a charming little town!
