Review of Saladworks

Huge shoutout to Jacob and his team for keeping me safely gluten free! My husband and I had a salad and “You Pick 2” salad/soup combo today. We’ve dined here before several times, both before and after knowing I had celiac and always had great experiences. It has been a challenge finding restaurants that understand that I not only that can’t eat gluten, but that measures need to be taken so cross-contamination doesn’t happen. Today our experience was exceptional! I told Jacob that I had celiac. He immediately washed his hands, donned new gloves and even got out new containers for the ingredients going into my salad. (BTW most Saladworks salads are gluten free.). He double-checked that the tortilla strips were gluten free in a nutrition notebook , and I was given an optional apple in place of the roll.
