Most ingredients are GF to begin with except the obvious ones, and there is an allergen info document on their corporate website. The only pitfall is that the last staff member in the assembly line puts huge croutons on the salads of those who ask for them, so if you're not on the ball he'll start handling your salad with gloves contaminated by prior customers' croutons.
