There are no allergens listed on the menu, but I asked the staff, and they consulted with the kitchen. As a result, I got an amazing gluten free plate of grilled squids! The cook was so worried that she even came to the tapas bar to warn me against ordering any tapas from there. She also asked the waiter a few times to reconfirm the dish I had ordered to be GF. So just let the waiter know you're celiac.
