All of their pizzas and pastas can be made GF. Both the pizzas and pastas are pretty good. Went to dinner here while visiting Bamberg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu has an allergen guide to help navigate all possible allergens. They can make all the pizzas and all of the pastas with a gluten free option. As well as the meat and vegetable options. I had the Tortellini Alla Panna minus the tortellini and subbed for gluten free Gnocci. It was the most delicious meal. I also had a Caprese salad. This was a top notch experience and very enjoyable and affordable. We will definitely be back.

Auf Nachfrage erhält man eine extra Menükarte mit glutenfreien Speisen, aus dem man wählen kann. Ich hatte eine glutenfreie Pizza mit veganem Käse und muss sagen, dass sie ausgesprochen lecker war. Aufpreis von 3,5€ für GF Pizza und zusätzlich 2€ für den veganen Käse, empfinde ich als etwas viel. Könnte man aus meiner Sicht überdenken. Zubereitet wird die Pizza in einer extra Schale, die auch mit den Ofen kommt.
I don’t like their pizza at all. Their antipasti isn’t good as well. It might be safe and gf, but it’s not good 🙈

Leckere Pizza und Pasta, für Zölis geeignet. Man zahlt einen kleinen Aufpreis (ca. 2€) für glutenfreies Essen. Man kann einfach nach der glutenfreien Karte fragen & hat dann einen guten Überblick über alle Gerichte.
Superlekker pizza's, zo fijn! Veel keus. Vriendelijke mensen. Ik weet natuurlijk niet hoe er in de keuken wordt gewerkt. Zelf heb ik geen last van evt sporen.
Great gluten free pizza. Dough was very tasty. Quick too. Didn't get sick so that's a plus too.

Italian restaurant with a gluten-free menu. I called the manager in advance who told me that they have procedures in place to keep celiacs safe -- cooks wash their hands and all utensils and pots before producing gluten-free foods. They don't have a separate oven for gluten-free pizza, but mentioned that the pizza is baked on a separate tray and that they are very careful that no normal flour touches them. I didn't dare to try the pizza, but had a great salad and pasta on two different days and did not get sick. Keep your wits about you, however -- the server still brought normal bread with the gf salad and only noticed her mistake when I asked...
