Symptomatic Celiac

Whenever I visit my parents they order me a GF pizza from Sal’s. It’s one of the only GF crusts I’ve had that is pretty close to the real deal. It’s a smaller establishment so there is risk of cross contamination. If you have concerns I would call and ask how they separate gluten free in their kitchen from regular pizza, but I am extremely sensitive to even a few crumbs of gluten and I have never gotten sick.
