Ordered for takeout. On the most recent menu, it shows gluten-free pizza as a ‘new!’ item as well as a gluten-free sub. I ordered the gluten-free pizza, and it was very good. The crust was actually fluffy (!), which is very rare (at least in my experience). Made for a nice pleasant surprise. Definitely among the better gluten-free pizza crusts I’ve had anywhere. I’d also note that the pizza comes in its own round aluminum pan (I’m guessing this allows them to put the pie in their normal oven, but I’m just guessing.) when I opened the pizza box, at first I was like ‘gee, they didn’t even slice the pizza’. Then I saw they put a little plastic pizza slicer in the pizza box. Never seen that done before. Very nice.
