UPDATED 3/14/23-The chips are no longer cooked in a dedicated fryer. Can still get tacos on a corn tortilla safely.

They are very accommodating at adding an allergy alert and taking precautions to avoid cross contamination. Typically we just order tacos with corn tortillas. The chips are gluten free and cooked in a dedicated fryer.
