At the Concord Mills food court. We had a chicken burrito bowl. They were great about changing gloves. I went online to their website, and they have an allergen chart.

Staff was not educated but did call manager. Online menu shows what has gluten. Chips and queso are not safe. Chips don’t have a dedicated fryer. Had a chicken bowl and didn’t feel safe. They didn’t change gloves but probably would have if I’d asked. Overall just uneducated staff.

This chain is one of the worst places to eat if you have problems with gluten. Their gluten free menu is very bland and boring. I wish I could give them zero stars for this.

Would not recommend. I followed the online allergen menu and asked the worker to confirm that my order was gluten free. Even so, I got all my gluten symptoms.

The staff has been very accommodating with our Celiac issues. They even use items not on the bar to make sure there is no cross contamination. Love this place!

No GF menu. I ate strictly off their allergen list and still reacted. Chips are fried in same fryer are flour tortillas. I ate a burrito bowl. Even though all ingredients had no gluten in the allergen list, I still reacted!
