Staff has no knowledge about gluten. Even though they were afsked beforehand on the phone, on three e-mails and by face to face contact with the reception and restaurant staff they made so many, many faults with gluten in my food and comtamination. They assured me food was glutenfree but could not confirm it with the kitchen when I asked, they had no declaration on antrhing and it felt very unsafe. I am “lucky” that I am asymptomatic coeliac but I am unhappy about the gamble about my health I took at this place (I was here for a 3 day Long conference and theie faults were consistent at every meal). If you stay at the hotel, there is a big grocery shop next to the hotel.
