Servers seemed knowledgeable and the staff made us aware of the cross contamination protocols, which seemed reasonable, however my celiac husband had a terrible reaction. Another gluten intolerant family member did just fine, but beware if you have celiac. I would not consider this establishment safe. We went based on reviews from the Roswell location, which were few but positive.
