Have eaten here several meals. Each server was helpful in chosing and menu is marked on main entrees.they do have separate fryer for potato products. No buns or other bread products.

Staff is very concerned about safety for celiac diners. I was asked if my gluten free was due to celiac which made me more confident. Even though the soup I ordered was marked GF, the chef felt it could be unsafe since it wasn't made by his shift. They do have a dedicated fryer. The view of the lake was an added bonus.

Great dining experience at the resteraunt at the lodge at Salt Fork state park. Everything that is gluten free is labeled on the menu. Dedicated fryer, so the homemade chips, fries, and tater tots are safe. I had the quinoa tabouleh salad, fries and their buffalo chicken dip with the homemade chips. Delicious!
