The waiter was helpful for me to find GF options. I got the filet minion and it was delicious. Everything is Al a carte here.

The service at Salt is usually hit or miss. We’ve eaten here a few times. Some servers and very knowledgeable and helpful with communicating to the kitchen. Some aren’t. The menu does label GF items. However, be careful. One of the steaks has worchestire sauce. Although it is house made, typical WS has soy sauce in it which makes it NOT gluten free. They also say their bacon is GF but is glazed with Bourbon. Gluten intolerant folks should be fine with both of those, but celiacs definitely not. Be careful, don’t fully trust the menu. But there are plenty of options and enough good service/knowledgeable people at Salt to make this a worthwhile trip for celiac folk.
