Review of Salt Springs Brewery

My wife and I came to Salt Springs Brewery after hearing about it on Michigan gluten-free gal! We were pleasantly surprised when we entered, and the hostess told us all about the gluten-free menu, including that they had gluten-free fish and chips. This was their biggest seller with people who eat gluten free. She also mentioned that everything is May daily there their fryers are dedicated gluten-free fryers. All of their sandwiches are available also on gluten-free buns that they make in house daily. When our waitress came to the table, she too assured us of the gluten free items and drinks available for us. We ordered the gluten free fish and chips, as well as the gluten free calamari. We also had blood orange cider, gluten free as well! We found that there were many choices and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and toppings; something we will be back for on our future visit! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
