I had a ham pizza and it was honestly the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever tasted! The dough was very fluffy. I went with my non gluten intolerant friend and we shared desserts; we both loved them! I highly recommend, I will go back before leaving town for sure!

This restaurant was just what we were looking for! My gf and I came for lunch and shared the rose pasta and prosciutto/rocket pizza and both were amazing! The dough of the pizza was the best that we have come across! We also arrived at the Salt Bakery first and one of the employees walked us to the sit down restaurant which was great appreciated! Overall 10/10!

This restaurant is totally gluten-free. They have the small sit down restaurant where we got pizza and a green salad and also a little walk-in shop where you can get baked goods and sandwiches very nearby. The pizza crust was great but the pizza was mostly cheese with tiny bits of seafood. Still, delish. We got a donut and muffins from the baked goods store and they were so delicious. Chewy scrumptious dough and baked not fried. A treat. Service at the restaurant want great but they brought what we needed with a smile as we asked for it.

dedicated GF, some takeaway sandwiches, far fewer were available than appear on the menu on the morning I visited, not sure why? muffins and some other cakes too. Sandwiches from €6, muffin €4.20. Some confusion between these 2 locations in my opinion, very close to each other, we were twice told to go to restaurant and people behind us were sent from restaurant to take away! Regardless the food is tasty and safe and that is what counts!

Firstly I went to the takeaway and the man showed us how to reach the restaurant. I had pizza which was good but not the best I’ve had. The service was very average. A couple who arrived and ordered after me received their meals first. As there were no table numbers, I wondered if mine had been forgotten (I’d been waiting 30+ minutes). The only reason I’d go back is because it’s safe GF food. I bought a few muffins and brownie from the takeaway and I will definitely back there!

A must. This saved me from yet another hotel breakfast buffet with zero gluten free options except for fruit. I visited the takeaway cafe (there is another restaurant space nearby) and emerged with an array of baked goods... Spinach cheese bread, donuts, cheese straws, and a brownie. Delicious!

This place was PHENOMENAL! Ate here all 3 days in Split and tried multiple different things on the menu - but the pizza and pizza sandwiches were 10/10. I have celiac’s and never had an issue with feeling sick afterwards. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Little take-away place with many sweet and savory choices. The muffin was awesome and the spinach focaccia too. To take away for a lunch on the road I got a pizza-sandwich. The base was great and freshly prepared and the filling was tasty. I can only recommend. They also have a restaurant with seat in options quite close to this place.

we found salt thanks to the find me gf application. since there were a lot of people in the restaurant, we went to a nearby salt take away..everything is gf..we ordered a pizza sandwich with ham, fries and a donut. everything was delicious, I recommend it.

This pinned location is for the small takeaway store , but if you walk 100m up the road you will find the restaurant location which I recommend so you can sit down and eat in. I ate here 3 times during my time in Split because it was such a good peace of mind knowing the whole place is 100% GF being coeliac. I had pasta, pizza and the pizza sandwich. The pizza was ok, but the pasta was delicious! Nice staff, it was pretty quite when I went so hopefully more people go here to keep the business running as it’s great to have dedicated GF restaurants. Would recommend

I was really disappointed at the burger. It was served in a dry bread and the burger itself was dry. Yes it’s safe since they only serve Gluten free food but this burger was not a good one.

A couple of days earlier we went to SALT restaurant which is located not far from this place. And they had super good food, so it is definitely a better place to go to.

I was so relieved to see this restaurant. There weren‘t that many glutenfree options, especially that are 100% safe. But here i totally felt safe and the food was delicious. The best pizza I‘ve had. They also had pasta, rice, fries and desserts. The restaurant itself isn‘t that pretty but it didn’t matter. Highly recommend.

Amazing gf restaurant, suitable for all coeliacs, no issues at all with cross contamination. Lots of vegan options as well. Friendly staff, large delicious portions. There’s a takeout hub and a restaurant just up from it both salt gf.

Best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Also I can’t normally eat gluten free pizza out due to contamination however as it is purely gluten free I had no reaction whatsoever. We went back two days on a row! Also their sweet treats are nice too.

As a coeliac, Salt was an absolute life saver! I wasn't confident to ask a lot of restaurants whether they did gluten free due to the language barrier but could rely on Salt instead. We had pizza one evening and sandwiches the next day for lunch, both really tasty and the service is quick, they give you a buzzer which will alert you when your food is ready. Gluten free desserts were amazing too!

All dedicated GF food. Got a tuna pizza sandwich. Wasn’t so much like a ‘pizza’ sandwich, just kind of a tuna sandwich in a pizza dough bread - but it was really lovely bread! I had a pizza - delicious, though quite small, definitely for one person (25-30 cm perhaps?). There’s no place to seat inside, but right next to the street these’s a small park, where most clients go to eat their take-aways. Everything is gluten free and there’s a variety of dishes to choose from, there were also some cupcakes and packed bread, and cooled beverages

This was exactly what I needed it to be. Safe and tasty. I had the vegetable pizza and a few pastries. All were good!

I got the cheeseburger. Had to wait about 20 minutes. The bread was dry, the burger in it was small and tasted like a frozen deepfry burger, nothing similar to fresh beef. There was some ketchup, lettuce and corn on it. I was excited to eat here but it was verry disappointing for 9 euro’s.
