Review of Salt

I had an amazing experience at Salt! Everyone was knowledgeable about Celiac and the importance of not only gluten free ingredients but cross contact precautions. The hostess was able to speak to their process and our server was extremely knowledgeable and worked with the bartender to confirm all the cocktail ingredients were safe. They have a separate menu with allergens marked. This menu not only included GF markers but items at risk for contact (ie. grill, fryer, etc). Almost half of the menu was safe for me to eat without any adjustments. Such a relief and an overall wonderful experience.
