Review of Saltgrass Steak House

Staff were very accommodating. They have a gluten sensitive menu. One of the waitresses has celiac and stated that they clean the grill and keep everything separate wear gloves etc. I had a baked potato, chicken tenders and salad without any issues (celiac disease). They also brought gluten free bread to the table for me instead of the regular bread. Large portions and lots of food but excellent location and accommodating.
