Review of Saltgrass Steak House

I asked if the fries were gluten free and the waitress asked back "is it for celiac?"Always a good sign to me that the restaurant is knowledgeable when they ask that question. Unfortunately the fries were made in a shared fryer so we passed but they brought out some yummy gluten free bread and the menu items were great.
