Saltlik in Banff was ok for options.. not many but the server we had (her name was Liné) was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable and understood celiac and could point to me exactly what I could eat! They don’t have a dedicated fryer and a lot of their things are flash fried but I was able to have steak, salad and asparagus which was DELICIOUS! 🥩🥗
