They can substitute in gluten free bread for most of their sandwiches. The food is nothing fancy but still a tasty lunch option and it was nice to have within walking distance of our rental. Delicious drinks too. Ate there twice, didn't get sick either time.

Delicious sandwiches!

My husband (gluten eating) got Italian Delj melt and I got the BLT gluten free. Thick crispy bacon, juicy tomato, and a creamy garlic aioli.

They were very conscious of gluten free preparation and made delicious food!

GF bread, wraps and buns. Even GF croutons for the salad. Vegan and goat cheeses and plant based milks for the coffee drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy. Will probably be back.

2/3 of the selections can be made GF. They have GF bread that is decent. They DO use a separate dedicated cutting board to prep the GF sandwiches. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating! Best coleslaw I have ever had!!!

The staff here went out of their way to make my experience great. They talked with me about their cross contact protocols and the order taker spoke with the chef and still wrote “GLUTEN ALLERGY” in huge letters on the ticket. Any of the sandwiches can be made gluten free. Lots of breakfast/brunch/lunch options and some vegan gf options.

I had the avocado toast and was very impressed. My partner had the house-made chorizo omelette with gf toast. Everyone in our party (gf and non gf) enjoyed brunch here.
