Fabulous. Great find in Hamilton CA. Friendly Staff very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Fantastic cornflour waffles with cauliflower hash browns with over easy eggs. Yum! Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an amazing experience, you will not be disappointed. Everything about Salty Espresso is above expectation. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the baristas and chef take their craft very seriously. The coffee was perfect and the meal was impeccable. I have celiac and they were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the need for gluten-free. The barista even steered me away from an item due to its ppm of gluten, which I have never had happen to me while out. I was very impressed with his knowledge. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is! A must visit when in Hamilton!

These lovely people are celiac aware and can make GF substitutions, but they do have an open kitchen so cross contamination could occur, however they try very hard to be celiac friendly. Food is awesome and so is the coffee.
