Review of Salud! de Mesilla

I enjoyed this place! They have many menu options marked as GF that were in a shared fryer though (like the chips). They brought me gluten free bread to start. I got a quesadilla with GF tortilla and "polenta frites" which they fried in a separate pan for me (instead of the main shared fryer). A good find!
