Salud is one of my favorite restaurants in Roseburg. I do not have celiac I have Multiple Sclerosis and gluten causes me neurological symptoms within 30 minutes of exposure. We have been eating at Salud regularly for one year and I have had no negative reactions. My favorites are the grass fed burger, flavor bowl and duck tostadas. The frys are awesome! They do have a dedicated gluten free fryer!
