Review of Salushi

I ordered a poke bowl with a Thai peanut sauce and was assured everything was prepared separately from any areas with gluten. The server assured me everything I ordered was gluten free. They were lovely, and very concerned about getting things right. However I was exposed and am still suffering 3 days later. Afterwards I looked it up and depending on the rice and also the sauce, there may well be gluten in both sushi rice, and also the Thai peanut sauce. I also ordered the chocolate mousse but I doubt that was the culprit. I called afterwards to notify them and they were very apologetic and also surprised there was possibly gluten in those 2 products - the rice and the sauce.
