Review of Salvatore Italian Restaurant

The owner is VERY careful with cross contamination. They offer gluten free pizza, pasta and salads. He let me read the label for the gluten free pizza dough since I am also corn sensitive. He put on gloves to handle my food to make sure he didn't have any remaining flour on his hands. Definitely a great place to try!
