Review of Salvatore's Ristorante

Arrived at the restaurant asked for a gluten free menu the waitress handed me a standard menu. There was nothing marked on the standard menu whether it was gluten free or not. Though I asked the waitress and she was very poor and understanding anything about gluten free so I opted not to eat there. The owner at the end said that the pani ni's were gluten free a pani ni would never be gluten 3
