Always a great experience. Any pizza can be made GF, they even gave us the option to sub GF pizza crust instead of regular bread for the Burrata appetizer. They do give a notice that since they hand toss all gluten pizzas, there is risk of air particle cross-contamination. I am celiac and have never had a reaction.
