Food was fine! I was hoping to get poke, but went for the Kalua pork. A bit salty but definitely filling.

Kalua Pork for the win! Moist and so flavorful! I asked them to please do a glove change, she asked if I had Celiac and she was very accommodating. Tasty and I’m now full and satisfied! I had a side salad and glass of wine. Wonderful stop!

Came here wanting the poke as I saw a photo of that in the reviews however their only gf offering is a Kalua pork with rice/salad. I mistakenly put in the comments no salad, to refer to the mac salad, but I just ended up with rice and pork, I should’ve been more specific. The food came with gf soy sauce which was nice and the rice and pork was very delicious.

Got the Kahlua pork & rice like others have recommended - the staff seemed to know that this was the primary gluten free option but I’m not sure they knew to change gloves or about cross-contamination risk during preparation on the day I was there. That said, had a very filling meal with no adverse reaction.

Great airport restaurant with unlisted GF Kayla pork and poke options. I had the delicious Kalua Pork with rice, and green salad (replaces macaroni salad) with a fried egg on top. Server was on top of it and invited me to check out the unmarinated poke options next. I felt very comfortable and the food was good!

I’ve been coming to seatac my whole life and finally found a restaurant that’s informed about gf. The waiter in the dine in area immediately brought me tamari instead of soy sauce for my kahlua pork. So delicious!

I had the roast pork plate, recommended by others as GF, with rice instead of the macaroni salad-you have to do the special order from the cashier, rather than online or kiosk. Cashier said, when asked, that the pork was GF, and told me the rice was safe. My hunch is that because on the menu only the pork is roasted, and rice is steamed in its own rice cooker, the dish does not come into contact with other stuff. But you can’t see the kitchen. My system reports that the food was GF and dairy free. It tasted like it had pork, rice and salt in it, maybe black pepper, no other notable spices.

We were running late to our flight so I trusted other commenters and didn’t have a chance to ask many questions myself. I ordered the pork with rice and lettuce (in place of the macaroni salad). Told them gluten allergy and the staff all changed their gloves. Thankfully I did not get sick!

They changed gloves and even had GF Kikkoman’s soy sauce available. I nearly cried with happy tears, lol. Had the salmon Poke bowl.

The staff was super educated and wonderful and the Kailua pork was delicious!! They served it with tamari instead of the normal sauce to keep it gluten free.
