This place is great. They serve bread and sandwiches so I ask them to clean the area. Now that I am a regular, one of the chefs recognizes me and tells the other chefs to clean the stations really good. Some of the chefs complain but I have no problem telling them how sick I get. I had one chef choose not to serve me. The good chef served me and apologized for the other server. I told her that I was going to talk with the manager, she explained that the bad chef is called 'one a day' because he gets at least one complaint a day. Overall most of the staff are great and very conscious. I've even been aloud to read the labels on ingredients to verify safety. The food is delicious. I've never gotten sick and I'm extremely sensitive.
