Sam's Kabob House

This is my favorite place for kabob but had to stop eating it when I went gluten free cause it wasn’t safe. That was years ago. Well my husband isn’t gf and will sometimes get food. I picked up for him and asked if they offer anything gf. They confirmed that their chicken and rice and both gf. When I called and ordered I spoke to the waitress that was very kind but wanted to be sure I didn’t get sick so put me on the phone with the owner/chef. I explained the severity of me consuming gluten and he assured me that he doesn’t use anything with gluten. I am thrilled to report back after 24 hours that I didn’t get sick and it was DELICIOUS!! Their recipe must have changed but they figured out how to keep the same taste. This will be added to the lineup for carry out.
