I talked with the server about gluten free options, and she was not sure. When the kitchen staff was asked, they suggested two rolls. The crab is imitation, so that is often not gluten free which excludes a large number of the rolls. I ended up choosing two rolls based off the ingredients, just simple rolls that just had fish and rice, and I asked for sauces to be put on the side since was nervous about those.
The food was good, and my non-celiac partner enjoyed a fried roll that looked really good. She also said the spring rolls were good. The server was very nice. The only problem is I did not get much info from the staff on gluten free options, so I ended up just ordering what seemed safe. No symptoms after from cross contamination, so maybe we'll go back next time we have a sushi craving.

We ordered for delivery and requested items be prepared gluten free. I received a call to clarify what could or could not be accommodated. Very good knowledge of gluten intolerance. Items were marked GF. Sushi was amazing.
