Tributary (the full service restaurant) can be ok on breakfast ( had a made to order omelet) and they do have Gf bread.
However, lunch and dinner are not ok. I talked to a manager who said there were some items that were ok, but a server informed me when I was about to order that lunch/dinner were not safe for celiacs.
The Cafe/coffee place on site had single serve Rice Chex and fruit available. They serve Starbucks coffee, but it is not full service so the egg bites are probably NOT ok.
— Not very
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
— Good
Takes a little work and had to have (very willing) servers check with the chef both nights, BUT there are many delicious and healthy options! There are enough options that they really should mark the menu. If menu had options listed or servers were trained I would give 10 stars!
Staying here for a conference and decided to order room service breakfast. I asked for no bread because I need to be gluten free. They offered gluten free toast and said that they would keep gluten away. Had a nice relaxing brunch in my room!
