This is a concession stand at a baseball and softball park. For now, the person running the concession stand open on select game nights eats strictly GF and has carved out a GF menu (posted in their electronic ordering system as well as on a flyer by the menu) that includes brats, hotdogs and burgers, without bread. And a dedicated fryer for fries. These meats taste great. First park been to that has a GF menu. And especially the only one with a GF fryer. Kudos to the management for going that far. They change gloves for your order. Typical candy and chips that are gluten-free also there.
