WARNING: chef and some servers have no idea what foods contain gluten. We came here because it was attached to the five-star Palace Elisabeth hotel thinking we would have a great fine dining experience and it was the opposite. I am celiac and tried to communicate what I could not eat and ask about preparation and ingredients, asking to have the veal dish without the barley garnish. Dish was served to me with the barley anyway. I sent it back and asked for a new plate. Server came out saying chef insists barley is gluten free because he bought it organic. The did have a gluten free brioche bread that I ate without a problem and the server genuinely was trying to help, which are redeeming facts. Eat here at your own risk.
