I got sick here. My server asked if I had celiac (which I do) and told me what I could and couldn’t safely eat, so I felt confident. I ordered a side of bacon at their recommendation, as I was told the potatoes were cross contaminated from the fryer. I mindlessly bit into one of the smaller pieces when I realized it was a fried potato. I have been incredibly sick for the last hour. I was feeling hopeful because it had such high reviews. To top it all off, it was my birthday lunch, and they brought me a complimentary dessert that had gluten. I’d recommend steering clear of here.
Excellent experience. There are many items that are GF or can be modified (sub veggies for bread, omit a topping). The one thing I expected to be GF that was not is the shrimp and grits - they are not sure the grits they use are safe. Server was very knowledgeable, understood cross contamination, and talked me through the entire menu.
We went here for brunch. Everything was outstanding, from the staff's knowledge, to atmosphere and the food. Almost everything can be made gluten free, including the pastas. I had the breakfast spaghetti (which was rotini as it was their gluten free pasta) and it was outstanding. Will absolutely be back here again.
