Ze zijn hier goed bekend met voedselintoleranties! Bij het ontbijt aangegeven bij een medewerker dat ik coeliakie heb. Hij gaf aan een apart bordje te kunnen maken en vroeg wat ik allemaal wilde. De glutenvrije broodjes en granola waren erg lekker. Ook met de lunch kunnen ze veel van hun broodjes en tosti’s glutenvrij maken. Ze proberen zo goed mogelijk te denken om kruisbesmetting. Een aanrader!
