It is so lovely to have colourful, tasty meal options in Auburn Village once again! Dara, the owner, is very keen to assist Coeliacs. He understands cross-contamination and goes out of his way to bring out any items that he isn’t 100% certain about, to allow me to check the ingredients. He is serious about training his staff about the seriousness of Coeliac disease, however he still prefers to serve us himself so he can be extra sure. Go mid-week, as weekends are likely to be too busy for him to keep an eye on safe preparations.
