I very much wanted this to be my go-to bakery for gluten free treats. I have become proficient in GF baking, but sometimes you want a treat without having to make it. I visited on a Tuesday afternoon just after noon. There was very little selection. I chose a chocolate cupcake. It was a small cupcake, with some frosting (looked like a child had helped with frosting. That is okay, but you eat with your eyes first. I almost didn't purchase anything because it didn't look very appetizing, but I was there, and I like to give support to small businesses). It looked dry. When I bit into it, there was no center - just a big empty pocket of air. The edges were firm. Not as dry as I expected but I wouldn't call it moist. It was less sweet than I expected. As I like less sweet things in general, I did appreciate the richer chocolate flavor without overwhelming sweetness. There was nothing remarkable about the frosting, it added a touch of moistness to an other wise dry cupcake. I also bought one of the banana muffins. It was quite generous in size. Again, I appreciated that it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. However, it was also on the dry side. There were several other options for different breads. There was no price that I could see. Typically breads from a GF bakery run $10 or more. As I am happy with bread I make myself, I can't bring myself to pay those kind of prices, so I did ask. It might have been delicious, I can't speak to that. My husband tried both items when he got home (he eats a fair amount of GF items, as that is all I make in our house). His first response, this is incredibly dry.

Maybe they have a bigger variety of items in the morning. Maybe this was an off day. I won't be back. If anyone is ever visiting Littleton, CO, they have a shop called Wave the Grain. Best GF bakery I have ever been in, hands down. Look up their website and see how a baked good should look (that doesn't help with the taste, but I admit my experience there contributed to my being underwhelmed at what I found here). Even my husband loved their baked items. I do understand that baking GF can be a difficult task (moistness, texture), but this was sadly a miss for me, especially for the price one pays for GF items. I'd rate 2.5 stars if it were an option, but since I know GF presents it's own set of difficulties, I bumped to 3.

We had a great experience here. Got the savory braided rolls and the cinnamon rolls. Both were delicious. They are huge and well worth the money. We also bought some muffins but have not had them yet. Worth a stop!

Their gluten free chocolate chip cookies are great (especially warmed up). I ordered the cheesy waffle and egg breakfast sandwich. It was extremely tasty and best of all- gluten free. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great!

Sadly, the food was bland and the pastries were tough. I can make much better GF baked goods at home. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

The taste was not great some of the staff was extremely rude. They were very nice to one of their regulars who came in after me which was strange. I wanted this to be a win, but it was nowhere close to even decent.

Everything is gluten-free which is great, but so far what I've gotten doesn't have much taste/flavor. The lack of gluten shouldn't mean that things are bland. I would love to see them be successful and hope that they can taste their own offerings and fix both flavor and texture.

Not worth the cost. Not very inviting either. Went toward the end of the day and was told what do you expect? Taste not fabulous. We can bake the same things at home much better. Or buy it at the grocery store.

100% gluten free dedicated. Very limited menu. Skimpy sandwiches, and not the highest quality ingredients. They have been in the new location for two months, but it looks like they are still mid-move… a jumble of furniture it piled high against a wall, with one table available for eating in - but it was taken, so we opted for take out. Not a welcoming atmosphere. No menus posted. Walls still unpainted. Shoes left in the middle of the dining room. (?!?!) Got there at noon, but already they were out of the crackers, which are the only side offered with their sandwiches. No soups available today. Focaccia was cold, tough and gritty. Orange cranberry muffin had a good flavor, but dry and tough. Banana Chip muffin was a little better. Uninspired and uninspiring. Hoping they will improve. Maybe I’ll try again in a couple of months.

I’ve gotten a few different things from here. Everything is dedicated gluten free, but it doesn’t taste great. I think there are many better options, especially for the price. Cinnamon rolls have an odd chemically taste. The cake was very dense and a bit dry.

Completely gluten free. I think this has the potential to be great. We arrived for breakfast and ordered several things-everything was cold. We didn't know this and they didn't ask if they could heat anything up.
