We called ahead, and they said they had gluten free bread and wraps. When we got there, it turned out that they were trying to push Ezekiel sprouted multi-grain wheat bread as gluten free bread, which is not okay at all. I figured this out after having already eaten a bite or two of the sandwich when I noticed that it was the same bread as my wife's sandwich, which was regular bread. they apologize for the mistake and then they brought out a wrap, which was clearly made from a wheat tortilla. I'm not even sure they know what gluten is, but they're perfectly happy to tell you that they have a gluten-free menu.
