Sandwich Sandwich

They offer gluten free options, and sandwiches on gluten free bread. However, the handling of allergens is somewhat haphazard. As they’re filling sandwiches by the fistful there’s lots of cross contamination. I found a chunk of breaded chicken in my salad box. The sandwiches are spectacular, but this isn’t a great place for those who are sensitive. The don’t seem particularly confident on the which fillings were gf either.
