Sandy Pony Donuts & Açaí Bowls

The staff was friendly and the service was quick! My foodie son inhaled his GF donuts and said they weren't bad texturally at all.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I don’t think anyone should consider this gluten free. The sign says if “severe celiac” (wth does that mean… you either have it or you don’t) it’s a separate fryer but can’t guarantee toppings aren’t cross contaminated. Why bother? Of all things, toppings should be easy to keep separate. Very disappointed. Crushed my little girl’s hopes.

— Poor

Staff were knowledgeable and took time to handle gluten free donuts safely. They can only do powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar, but still delicious. Be sure to emphasize separate handling. The acai bowl was also delicious. We had a very happy Celiac girl.

All of the Açaí bowls are gluten free if you don’t add granola. They also have gluten free donuts but they have a sign saying if you have severe celiac to not eat them because cross contamination and etc. so I didn’t have one I didn’t trust it but they looked delicious! They were really nice!
