Review of Sanford Brewing Company

The waitress was not very knowledgeable but we asked to speak to a manager and he was fantastic. He explained they have a designated prep area for gluten free and that they have GF buns and pasta (pasta is pre-cooked) and explained our GF options. We couldn’t get anything fried, but were delighted that our daughter could get GF Mac and cheese. The manager said he would oversee it himself and the waitress was wearing disposable gloves when she came out. My daughter loved it and had no symptoms afterwards. We are excited to go back!
