Sanguchería Ciudad Vieja

The ceviche comes with sweet potato chips and it was delicious! They also sell Buddha bowls (I tried the salmon one) and it was so good. I don’t speak spanish so I wasn’t equipped to ask about contamination and unsure how knowledgeable they are with gluten free. Like I said though, I didn’t feel sick afterwards and I wanted to put this place on the map since there really aren’t many reviews in Bellavista.
