You’ll need to ask the stuff about what is gluten free and they’ll list you everything that is (the menu changes regularly). They also have gluten free soy sauce!

They don’t have a separate kitchen space to prevent cross contamination, but I never had problems so far.

My recommendation is the sashimi (one of the best you can get outside of Japan) and for dessert the matcha pudding.
