Review of Santa Catrina Restaurant

While they’re not specifically coeliac-friendly nor dedicated gluten-free, the staff seems to be very understanding towards coeliacs and food allergies. I was able to choose a maze-based dish that was prepared separately after I asked the waiter to make sure it’s in clean environment. I didn’t have any symptoms afterwards.
