Pupusería & Antojitos Santa Elena

Pupusas are generally gluten free. I speak Spanish and talked w the waiter extensively about cross contamination w flour based items on the grill, etc before ordering 2 pupusas. I was told the quesadillas were totally corn based, no wheat touched the grill, and I asked for my pupusas to be cooked on foil anyway. Unfortunately I still got violently sick after eating my meal.
